• Our fees per position is one month gross salary of the selected candidate(s).
• Service Tax, as applicable, i.e 12.24% is charged.
• When our candidate(s) is/are appointed by you, payment shall be made by you within 15 -30 days of the submission of bill.
• Incase your organization already has a CV sent through us in their data, we would expect your HR department to inform us of the same within a day or two, later than that will not be acceptable by thus the CV will be processed only through our consultancy. 
• If a candidate referred/directed by us to the client is not selected initially and in the due course(six months) of time the same candidate is appointed for the same position or some other position in the same group directly or indirectly, In that case the client shall be liable to pay the salary of the candidate.
• A copy of the appointment letter must be forwarded to us.
• All the CV’s sent to your organization will be done with the consent of the candidates and therefore any further process on the same will be done only through us and no other consultancy.
